When is the RSVP deadline?

The RSVP deadline is April 1st, 2025. If there are any changes to your attendance after that date, please update your RSVP and email us at ahujamahtani@gmail.com.

Can I bring a date or additional family members?

Due to the venue guest count limit, we are unable to add guests outside the allocated invites. If someone important has been missed, please contact us!

What address do I use for arrival to Biltmore Estate using GPS?

The address for the entrance to Biltmore Estate is 1 Lodge St, Asheville, NC 28803.

What will the weather be like?

In May, Asheville typically experiences average highs of 74°F (23°C) and lows of 54°F (12°C). Given that many events are outdoors, we encourage you to pack layers.

Are the venues ADA accessible?

Yes, all venues are ADA accessible. If you have specific concerns, please reach out to us. We would be more than happy to make the necessary accommodations.

How can I get around the Biltmore Estate for non-wedding activities?

Taxi, Uber, or Lyft, are only allowed for drop off at Biltmore House or Antler Hill Village. This is drop-off service only, not transportation between estate locations.

Biltmore does not offer complimentary estate-wide shuttle transportation. Estate roads do not have sidewalks, and walking between different areas of the estate is not recommended due to travel distances.

Biltmore offers an Express shuttle service for $15 per person per day (kids 9 and younger are free) and limited complimentary shuttle service. Call 800-411-3812 to purchase Biltmore Express shuttle service ticket(s). For more information on shuttle service, view Estate Transportation.

Can I take pictures/videos during events?

Yes, for most events, we recommend it! We’d love for you to take photos and share them with us using the hashtag #ShreyaKashesIn! During the wedding ceremony itself, however, we request you to be unplugged and to enjoy the beauty of the moment.
